ស្រី សុធាវី Executive Director
Srey Sotheavy, presently is executive director at the Alliance for Conflict Transformation (ACT). She started to step in peacebuilding work since 2009 as interfaith project manager, peace research, and deputy director at the Alliance for Conflict Transformation (ACT). Beside core work, she also involved in volunteer work with the Working Group for Peace (WGP) and other relate social activities work. Sotheavy graduated from Master of business and administration in general management from Build Bright University in 2010, graduated from Master of Art on Peace and Conflict Study from PUC in March 2022 and completed short courses on peacebuilding and leadership training from Philippine and Thailand. Sotheavy enjoys working with peacebuilding and hope a true spiritual conversion will respect the dignity, value of person, ethnic, and religious traditions. Peacebuilding is a long road that we must patience and walk together in humble and forgive to transform our communities and society. All communities in Cambodia need to join hands to make our region one in which our shared values of peace, compassion, love, justpeace, and harmony truly come to shape and characterize our society.

Hak is working for ACT since he was the program/project/admin volunteer and he was improved to project and office assistant till mid of 2013 he became the Finance and Admin Manager. He interested working with ACT is an NGOs that work focus on religion, Ethnic, and conflict. If work here he can contribute to social work and support society indirectly to people as working in organization is his former Goal. Especially, all Acts’ staff has good communication, relationship, attitude and Behaviors. Therefore, I want to live in Peaceful Society.
Project Coordinator / ISAF Technical
Prak phuong, Bunoung Indigenous from Mondulkiri Province, presently was select as ISAF technical staff at the Alliance for Conflict Transformation (ACT). In 2019 to 2021 she join Alliance for Conflict transformation organization (ACT) employed her to be Project Assistance ( Community Facilitator ) with the Collective Action to Support Women Rights Project USAID project funded. She also join shortly in 2022 as a part of Cambodian Human Right and Development Association has lately her to be a Cases Monitoring in Mondulkiri province. she earned the greatest extensive experiences and comprehensive knowledge of Women’s rights and Human rights. As a part of the Cambodian center for human rights (CCHR) has lately her employed to be an intern with the Portal –Sithi Rights Project in 2018. She graduated from Royal University of law and Economics in 20218. Prak Phuong enjoy working with human rights and she love to see a society that respect the human rights and the Law.

Mr. Sokmeas, join ACT in April 2021, he used to be one among ACT’s Media for Peace project trainees in 2015-2017. He enthusiastically inspired to work with ACT as he found that ACT with hers uniqueness has utilized the spirit of building and strengthening capacities for peace, conflict resolution and transformation, and peacebuilding. Mr. Sokmeas, graduated from Master of Educational Researcher and management from University of Phnom Penh with reach of experiences in development work. He has positive expectation to utilize knowledge and sharing his various achievements for the contribution to core principles and value of ACT to empower the communities to resolve their conflict peacefully and be able to establish peace transformation mechanism sustainability

Ms. Sreyna, from Kampot province, graduated from International Business Management at Royal University of Phnom Penh, and completed English course at University of Cambodia. I am happy to be learn new way of working and willing to learn from ACT work as admin and finance assistance. Mr. EAN LeangSeng, Female Trans-Gender; interested working with ACT because ACT is a non-profit organization, non-discrimination dedicated to building peace through innovative research and practice within different sector especial for the purpose of supporting and development communities. I am happy to be promoted from the Project assistant to project coordinate take care of the ISAF project that I will learn more in governance of this country to contribute work with local authority and community more accountable.
