ក្រោមការគាំទ្រថវិកាពី ទីភ្នាក់ងារសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកសម្រោប់អភិវឌ្ឍន៍អន្ដរជាតិ អង្គការក្រុមការងារដើម្បីដោះស្រាយ ទំនាស់ (ក.ដ.ទ) តាមរយៈគម្រោង​ រួមគ្នាដើម្បីគាំទ្រសិទ្ធស្រ្ដី នៅថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២០ បានរៀបចំ អបអរសាទរ ខួបលើកទី១០៩ ទិវាអន្ដរជាតិនារី ៨មីនា និងវេទិកាសាធារណៈក្រោម ប្រធានបទ៖ “មានសន្ដិភាព មានការលើក កម្ពស់សមភាពយេនឌ័រ”។ កម្មវិធីនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើង ដោយមានការសហការណ៍ជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរស្រុកពេជ្រាដា ព្រមទាំងអង្គការដែនដីមនុស្ស-ហូឡងន៍ ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ហៅកាត់ TdH ត្រូវបានរៀបចំនៅសាលាស្រុកពេជ្រាដា។ គោលបំណងក្នុងការរៀបចំកម្មវិធីនេះឡើងគឺ ដើម្បីអបអរសាទរទិវាអន្ដរជាតិនារី ៨មីនា និងលើក កម្ពស់សមភាពយេនឌ័រ បង្កើតបរិយាកាសនៃការចូលរួមរវាងអាជ្ញាធរ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល ព្រមទាំង បង្កើតឱ្យមានកិច្ចសន្ទនារវាអាជ្ញាធរ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដើម្បីចែករំលែកនូវបញ្ហាដែលជួបប្រទះ។ ក្នុងនោះដែរ កញ្ញា ស្រី សុធាវី នាយិកា​ អង្គការក្រុមការងារដើម្បីដោះស្រាយទំនាស់ បានចែករំលែកពីអង្គការ គម្រោង និងចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ ជុំវិញបញ្ហាសិទ្ធិស្រ្ដី ផ្សារភ្ជាប់នឹងទិវាអន្ដរជាតិនារី ៨មិនា។​

នៅក្នុងវេទិការសាធារណៈ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលមកពីឃុំទាំង៤ មាន៖ ឃុំប៊ូស្រា ឃុំពូជ្រៃ ឃុំស្រែអំពូម និងឃុំក្រង់តេះ  ស្រុកពេជ្រាដា មានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុប ២៤២នាក់ ក្នុងនោះស្ត្រី១៧៩នាក់ បានឡើងបង្ហាញពីចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ និងមានឱកាសលើកឡើងនូវបញ្ហាដែលគាត់ជួបប្រទះផ្ទាល់ ទៅកាន់អាជ្ញាធរឃុំ និងស្រុកបានដឹងលឺ ព្រមទាំងឆ្លើយតបនឹងសំនួរ ឬតម្រូវការរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។ ក្នុងបរិយាកាសនៃវេទិការសាធារណះ និងការអបអរទិវាអន្តរជាតិនារី នាឆ្នាំនេះ អជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល មានភាពយល់ពីគ្នា និងបង្កើនភាពស្និទស្ថាន ព្រមទាំងបើកចិត្តក្នុងការសហការនិងធ្វើការរួមគ្នាអោយកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយនិងសកម្មថែមទៀត។​

នៅថ្ងៃទី៨ មីនា ២០២០ ក្រុមបណ្តាញកសាងសន្តិភាពសហគមន៍ស្រុកបរិបូរណ៍ ខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ក៏បានរៀបចំអបអរទិវាងន្តរជាតិនារីនេះផងដែលដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមប្រមាណ២០០នាក់។​

Under the support of the USAID, Alliance for Conflict Transformation (ACT) through Collective Actions to Support Women’s Right on March 5, 2020 organized the 109th Anniversary 8 March International Women’s Day and Public Forum: “Peace, Promote Gender Equality.” The event is organized in collaboration with Pech Chreada District authority as well as the Terre des Hommes Netherlands Cambodia (TdH) and it was organized in the district of Pech Chreada District Meeting Hall. The purpose of this event is to celebrate the International Women’s Day 8 March and to promote gender equality, create a space of engagement between community, civil society and authority, and create a dialogue between authorities and citizens to share issues. Ms. Srey Sotheavy, Exclusive Director of Alliance for Conflict Transformation, shared about the organization, project and interests around women’s rights related to International Women’s Day.

At the public forum, communities from the four communes: Busra commune, Pu Chrey commune, Srae Ampum commune, Krangteh commune in Pech Chreada district with total 242 participated (179 ladies) expressed interest and had the opportunity to raise their issues directly to commune and district authorities. District and commune authority has accepted and responded to community’s questions or needs according to their appropriated capacity. During the public forum to celebrate the International Women Day this year, we found that the local authority, communities, and NGOs had understand and created relation with open the cooperation for wider in the future.

On 8th March 2020, Communities peacebuilding network from Kampong Chhnang also celebrate the IWD in Boribo District with around 200 participated.
