YIN Jilika is currently working as Project Facilitator at Alliance for Conflict Transformation organization. She is graduated from the university majoring in Public Administration at Royal University of Laws and Economics (RULE). She is interested in join working with the Alliance for Conflict Transformation organization because she is interested to learn and improve her experience in peacebuilding, in gender and relate peace work; she is eager to involve herself further with ACT with the hope that she can produce more positive social initiatives. She hopes that girls and women could unlock their potential and achieve their goal in regardless of their gender. Moreover, she expects to learn from other people from communities, staff, stakeholder, and continue keeping her involvement with social activities. She love ahd hope he gratuated knowledge will serve to work humblly with the communities, treat everyone in equality without discriminate and give all respectful in work and apply in their daily life.
