យុទ្ធនាការ ១៦ថ្ងៃ បំពាក់បូ ស ប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងអំពើហិង្សាលើស្រ្ដី និងក្មេងស្រី និងអបអរសាទរទិវាសិទ្ធិមនុស្សអន្តរជាតិ បានប្រារព្វឡើង នៅថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ តាមរយៈគម្រោង រួមគ្នាដើម្បីគាំទ្រសិទ្ធិស្រ្ដី ដែលទទួលបានការគាំទ្រថវិកាពី ទីភ្នាក់ងារ សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកសម្រោប់អភិវឌ្ឍន៍អន្ដរជាតិ ។ គោលបំណងបញ្ជ្រាបនូវខ្លឹមសារនៃការបៀតបៀនផ្លូវភេទ និងស្វែងរកយន្ដការពីអាជ្ញាធរពាក់ព័ន្ធ។ កម្មវិធីនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងនៅវិទ្យាល័យជ្រោះប៊ូស្រាស្ថិតនៅក្នុងស្រុកពេជ្រាដា ខេត្ដមណ្ឌលគិរី ដោយមានកិច្ចសហការណ៍ពីខាងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន រួមមាន៖ តំណាងកិច្ចការនារីស្រុក ថ្នាក់ឃុំ ថ្នាក់ភូមិ នគរបាល និងសាលា ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពីសហគមន៍ក្នុងមូលដ្ឋាន យុវជន អាជ្ញាធរ និងភាគច្រើនជាសិស្សសាលា។ ថ្លែងបើកដោយ កញ្ញា ស្រី សុធាវី នាយិការនៃអង្គការ ក.ដ.ទ ពីប្រវត្ដិ និងហេតុនៃការប្រារព្វ ទិវាសិទ្ធិមនុស្សអន្ដរជាតិ។​ សំនួរ ចម្លើយ ទាក់ទងនឹងយុទ្ធនាការបូ ស និងទិវាសិទ្ធមនុស្សអន្ដរជាតិ ត្រូវបានអ្នកចូលរួមសួរនិងត្រូវស្ទើរតែគ្រប់សំនួរ។

ការលើកឡើងជាមួយបញ្ហាសិទ្ធិស្រ្ដីដែលសហគមន៍ជួបប្រទះ ដោយ តំណាងកិច្ចការនារីស្រុក គឺអ្នកស្រី ពន់ ឆវី ប្រធានកិច្ចការនារីស្រុកពេជ្រាដា។ អ្នកស្រីបានលើកឡើងនូវបញ្ហាមួយចំនួន ជាពិសេសការរំលោភបំពានផ្នែកយេនឌ័រ និងផ្នត់គំនិតយេនឌ័រក្នុងសហគមន៍ ដែលសូម្បីស្រ្ដី និងយុវត្ដីក៏បានរួមចំណែកដោយមិនដឹងខ្លួនធ្វើឱ្យមានផ្នត់គំនិតទាំងនេះឡើងដោយមិនដឹងខ្លួន។ អ្នកស្រីបានបំផុសគំនិត និងជំរុញឱ្យសហគមន៍យកចិត្ដទុកដាក់លើបញ្ហាខាងលើ។

លោកមេឃុំប៊ូស្រាបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់អ្នកចូលរួមជាពិសេសសិស្សសាលា គាត់បានលើកចិត្ដឱ្យសិស្សសាលាចូលរួមលើកកម្ពស់សិទ្ធិស្រ្ដី និងលប់បំបាត់អំពើហិង្សាក្នុងសហគមន៍ ដោយខិតខំសិក្សា ដើម្បីក្លាយជាធនធានមនុស្សសម្រាប់សហគមន៍ ជៀសឱ្យផុតពីគ្រឿងញៀន ល្បែងស៊ីសង។ គាត់ក៏បានលើកឡើងពីបញ្ហាទាក់ទងនឹងការរៀបការវ័យក្មេង និងលើកទឹកចិត្ដឱ្យសិស្សានុសិស្សខិតខំសិក្សា ព្រមទាំងថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់អង្គការដែលបានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីនេះឡើង ព្រមទាំងអ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់ដែលបានចំណាយពេលមកចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះ។

White Ribbon – 16 Days of Action to End Violence Against Women and Girls and Celebrate International Human Rights Day​ was conducted on 10th December 2019 at Bu Sra waterfall high school, Pech Chreada District, Mondul Kiri province through Collective Action to Support Women’s Rights project which funded from GADC/USAID. The objective of this event is to promote 16 days campaign also celebrate International Human Rights Day to raise awareness of sexual harassment and seek mechanisms from relevant authorities. With cooperation of local authority which includes the representative of district women’s affair, commune, village, police, school and participation of communities, students, youth, and authorities.

Welcome remark by Ms. Srey Sotheavy, Executive Director of Alliance for Conflict Transformation organisation and delivered a speech on the history and celebrated International Human Rights Day with history share about white ribbon, orange ribbon and why human right day celebration we celebrate to the participants.

Addressing the issue of women’s rights by the Ms. Phun Chorvy, Pech Chreada District Chief of Women’s Affairs. She raised a number of issues, particularly gender-based violence and gender stereotypes in communities, where even women and youth unknowingly contribute to these stereotypes. She inspired and encouraged the community to pay attention to the above issues.

The chief of Bu Sra commune thanked the participants, especially the students, and encouraging them to participate in promoting the rights of women and the elimination of violence in the community by studying hard to become a human resource, stay away from drag and gambling. He also addressed issues related to young marriage and encouraged students to study hard and thanked the organisation that organised the event and all the participants who took the time to attend.

With participation from the participants actively question and answer was make the event more joy, lively and they found it understand and keep apply for best practice of ending violence again women and girls.
