ឧបរកណ៍មិនបង្កទំនាស់ Do No Harm

នៅថ្ងៃទី១២ ដល់ ១៨ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២០ សិក្ខាសាលាបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលមួយ ត្រូវបាន​រៀបចំដោយគម្រោងកសាងសន្តិភាព ក្រោមប្រធានបទ៖ ​ ដោយបែកចែកជាពីរវគ្គចំពោះក្រុមគោលដៅ ដែលជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំសហគមន៍ និងក្រុមស្រ្ដីដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន៦៤នាក់ ស្រ្ដី២៥នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានជនជាតិដើមសួយ ៤នាក់     គួយ១៣នាក់ ម៉ូស្លីម ២នាក់ មកពី៧ឃុំ ៦ខេត្ដ។ គោលបំណង វគ្គគឺផ្តល់ចំណេះដឹងដល់ក្រុមគោលដៅ និងក្រុមស្ដ្រីដើម្បីអាចវិភាគនិងសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ពី ឧបករណ៍នៃការមិនបង្កទំនាស់ និងជំហានទាំង៧នៃឧបករណ៍នេះ រួមទាំងការពង្រឹកសកមត្ថភាពបណ្ដាញនៅក្នុងការឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងទៅលើគម្រោងសកម្មភាពការងារ និងតួនាទីរបស់ខ្លួន ដែលកំពុងអនុវត្ដផ្ទាល់នៅតាមសហគមន៍ រួមគ្នាកាត់បន្ថយនូវទំនាស់និងពង្រីកនូវការអភិវឌ្ឍអោយមានភាពទូលំទូលាយ ក្នុងការអប់រំស្ថាបនាដើម្បីរួមចំណែកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សង្គមកម្ពុជា។​

ឧបករណ៍មិនបង្កទំនាស់ រឺឧបករណ៍បង្កើតសន្ដិភាព ក្នុងគោលបំណងជំរុញអោយមានការកាត់បន្ថយទំនាស់ ហើយវាពិតចាំបាច់ណាស់ដែលត្រូវការ ការចូលរួមចំណែកពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំសហគមន៍ អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធនានាក្នុងសង្គម ក្នុងការវិភាគគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រាយលើឧបករណ៍មិនបង្កទំនាស់ ជាមួយតួនាទីនិងសកម្មភាពការងារក្នុងសហគមន៍។ ការវាយតម្លៃដើមវគ្គនិងក្រោយវគ្គត្រូវបានផ្តល់ដល់សិក្ខាកាមបំពេញវាស់ស្ទង់សមត្ថភាព ការបំពេញបញ្ជីសំនួរដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបជាមួយសួចនាករគម្រោង ប្រមូលព័ត៌មាន កូប៊ូធូលប៊ក់ ​និង៧ជំហ៊ាននៃឧបករណ៍មិនបង្កទំនាស់ មានដូចជា​ ការវិភាគបរិបទ កត្ដាបែកបាក់ កត្ដាផ្សាភ្ជាប់ ការវិភាគកម្មវិធី សណ្ឋាននៃផលជៈ/ការផ្ទរធនធាន ការបង្កើតនិងវាយតម្លៃជម្រើស សាកល្បងជម្រើស សម្របសម្រួលដោយ មន្ដ្រីគម្រោងនិងសហការី។ ​ការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការវិភាគឧបករណ៍មិនបង្កទំនាស់៧ជំហ៊ាន ជាមួយករណីសិក្សារបស់សិក្ខាកាម​ដោយមានការពិភាក្សាជាក្រុម បទបង្ហាញក្រុមតូច ការដាក់ពិន្ទុ និងសកម្មភាពលើកទឹកចិត្ដពីក្រុមធំ ការឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងជាមួយរូបភាព សំនួរចំលើយជាមួយស្នាមញញឹមត្រូវបានកើតមានឡើង​តាំងដើមវគ្គរហូតដល់ចប់វគ្គនីមួយៗ ព្រមទាំងការវាយតម្លៃពីសិក្ខាកាមក្នុងការពាំនាំនូវឧបករណ៍មិនបង្កទំនាស់ទៅអនុវត្តតាមស្ថាប័នការងាររៀងៗខ្លួនសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍ និងថ្លែងអំណរគុណ កដទ ព្រមទាំងម្ចាស់ជំនួយដែលបានផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់ពួកគាត់ក្នុងការស្វែងយល់នូវ គន្លឹះថ្មីៗសម្រាប់ការរីកចំរើន និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។

On February 12-18, 2020 Do No Harm training was conduct by Community Peacebuilding Project under the theme: “Do Not Harm” in Phnom Penh. It was divided into two times to target groups who are community leaders and group of women with 64 participants: 25 women, 4 Souy indigenous, 13 Kouy indigenous, 2 Muslims from 7 communes, in 6 provinces. The purpose was to provide critical analysis and knowledge to target groups with the tools of Do Not Harm. Reflect and understand in seven steps of the tool, including network capabilities strengthening to reflect on their activities, and role responsibility in their communities with case studies.

Do Not Harm tools or peacemakers’ tool was to promote Peace, reduction conflict, and it is essential that the contribution from community leaders and authorities in a comprehensive analysis on Do Not Harm tools to apply and reflect with their roles and activities that they implement at the ground. Pre and posttest about Do No Harm was conducted to understand the level of the participant with 7 steps of Do Not Harm tools: context analysis, divider, connector, pattern impact/ resource transfer, tips and tricks for making options to project, and option testing were facilitated by ACT’ staffs. Active participation in Do Not Harm tool analysis in 7 steps with case study through group discussions, small group presentations, grading and applause to encourage them from a large group happened from the beginning to the end of each episode. At the reflection the participants committed to bring this tool to apply at their work for development of their communities. With their acknowledgment of ACT and donors BfdW, Danmission, and EWMI/USAID who support for their chance to understand new tool for their grow and development.
