ទិវាសន្តិភាពអន្តរជាតិ២១កញ្ញា International Day of Peace (IDP)

តាមរយៈការកសាងសន្តិភាពសហគមន៍ និង​ គម្រោង រួមគ្នាដើម្បីគាំទ្រសិទ្ធិស្ដី្រ (CASWR) អង្គការក្រុមការងារដើម្បីដោះស្រាយទំនាស់ (កដទ) បានប្ររព្ធកម្មវិធីអបអរសាទរ ទិវាសន្ដិភាពអន្ដរជាតិ២០២១ នៅខេត្តចំនួន៥ និង តាមផ្ទះ ដែលទទួលបានការគាំទ្រថវិកាពី នំបុ័ងពិភពលោក ដានមីសិន ទីភ្នាក់ងារសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អន្តរជាតិ USAID នាថ្ងៃទី១៣-២២ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២១ ​បានប្រារព្ធឡើងខេត្តក្រចេះ កំពត កំពង់ឆ្នាំង កំពង់ស្ពឺ និងខេត្ដ​មណ្ឌលគិរី ក្រោមប្រធានបទ “ការស្តារឡើងវិញឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរសម្រាប់ពិភពលោកប្រកបដោយសមធម៌និងចីរភាព” ជាមួយនឹងការចូលរួមពីអាជ្ញាធរ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋសរុប ៣៤១​នាក់ (ស្រី ២១២) ពួកគាត់បានចូលរួមជាយុទ្ធនាការ ចែករំលែក ច្រៀងចំរៀងសន្តិភាព ការលើកឡើងឆ្លុះបញ្ជាំងពីសន្តិភាពនៅសហគមន៍និង សកលោក វិដេអូ និងតាមរយៈការស្ដាប់សារសម្លេងដែលបានចាក់តាមភូមិ និងការចុះផ្សព្វផ្សាយផ្ទាល់ដល់ផ្ទះពួកគាត់តែម្ដង រួមនឹងខិតបណ្ឌលេខទូរស័ព្ទអាជ្ញាធរ (ស្រុក ឃុំ ភូមិ) សម្រាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងពេលដែលមានអំពើហិង្សាកើតឡើង កូនសៀវភៅសំនួរចម្លើយទាក់ទងនឹងច្បាប់ស្ដីពីអំពើហិង្សាក្នុងគ្រួសារ សៀវភៅអនុសញ្ញាស្ដីពីការលុបបំបាត់រាល់ទម្រង់នៃការរើសអើងនឹងនារីភេទ (ស៊ីដរ) ដោយមិនភ្លេចវិធានការការពារពីការឆ្លងនៃជំងឺកូវិដ១៩។

ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ កញ្ញា ស្រី សុធាវី នាយិកាអង្គការ កដទ បានចែករំលែកពីសាវតានៃទិវាសន្ដិភាពអន្ដរជាតិ អង្គការ គម្រោង ជាពិសេសគោលបំណងនៃគម្រោង CASWR និង ម្ចាស់ជំនួយ ភ្ជាប់ជាមួយនឹងការបារម្ភពីការកើនឡើងនូវអំពើហិង្សាក្នុងគ្រួសារ ជាពិសេសអំពើហិង្សាផ្លូវចិត្ដ និងផ្លូវភេទ។​ ក្នុងវេទិកានេះដែល លោកស្រី ស៊ិន ស្រីកែវ អធិការរងស្រុកពេជ្រាដា ទទួលបន្ទុកផ្នែកយេនឌ័រ ចែករំលែកពីការទប់ស្កាត់អំពើហិង្សាក្នុងគ្រួសារ ស្ថានទម្ងន់ទោសនៃអំពើហិង្សាក្នុងគ្រួសារកំរិតព្រហ្មទណ្ឌនិងការដោះស្រាយ ព្រមទាំងវិធីសាស្រ្ដក្នុងការទប់កំហឹង និងសារចុងក្រោយទៅកាន់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ​ កញ្ញា ស្រី​ សុធាវី ក៏បានចែករំលែកពីការរួមចំណែករបស់អង្គការក្រៅរដ្ឋាភិបាល ព្រមទាំងតួរនាទីរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងការទប់ស្កាត់អំពើហិង្សាក្នុងគ្រួសារ។​ បន្ទប់ពីការថ្លែងសារខាងលើ ជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ ល្ខោនវិទ្យុរឿង “របងដួងចិត្ដ”​ ដែលផ្ដោតសំខាន់លើអំពើហិង្សាផ្អែកលើយេនឌ័រ និងស្រ្ដីក្នុងភាពជាអ្នកដឹងនាំ ដែលជាផលិតផលនៃគម្រោងរួមគ្នាដើម្បីគាំទ្រសិទ្ធិស្រ្ដីក៏ត្រូវបានចាក់ជូនអ្នកចូលរួមស្ដាប់ជាការកំសាន្ដ និងបញ្ជ្រាបចំណេះដឹងផងដែរ។

ដោយសារការរាតត្បាតនៃជំងឺកូវិដ១៩ ធ្វើឱ្យការទំនាក់ទំនងក្នុងសហគមន៍មានការស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ជាងមុន ជាមួយយុទ្ធនាការតាមផ្ទះដែលយើងធ្វើ បានបង្រួមគម្លាតរវាងអាជ្ញាធរ អង្គការ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋជាថ្មី ព្រមទាំងជាសញ្ញាសំខាន់ដែលបង្ហាញថាប្រជាពលរដ្ឋមិនត្រូវបានទុកចោលឡើយទោះក្នុងកំឡុងពេលកូវីត១៩ក៏ដោយ។ កម្មវិធីត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់ដោយជោគជ័យ ជាមួយនឹងការចូលរួមពីអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន ព្រមទាំងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ដែលគាត់ហាក់មានការចាប់អារម្មណ៍ និងយកចិត្ដទុកដាក់ស្ដាប់ការណែនាំ ថែមទាំងមានការសួរនាំបន្ថែមលើឯកសារដែលបានចែកជូន។

Through Community Peacebuilding project and Collective Actions to Support Women’s Rights (CASWR), Alliance for Conflict Transformation (ACT) conducted International Day of Peace with the existing network conduct and celebrate the event with reflection on the peace process, share on the community situation, video campaigned, door to door campaign to celebrated International Day of Peace 2021 under the UN theme: ” Recovering better for an equitable and sustainable world”. This event was conducted on 13-22 September 2021 at Kampot, K.Chhnang, K.Speu, and Mondulkiri province. With 341 total participants (212 female), they participated through sharing reflection on the peace process in family, community, society, and the global with listening to the voice message that played in their villages and door to door reaching with stickers of local authorities that they can contact when violence happen, a small note of Q&A of key slogan relate to peace campaign and Domestic Violence Law and a book of Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), along with Covid-19 prevention.

With this opportunity, Ms. Srey Sotheavy, Executive Director of ACT, shared about background of International Day of Peace, the organization, projects also donor and linked to the worrying of increasing of domestic violence especially mental and sexual violence. In this event, Ms. Sin Sreykeo, Deputy Inspector of Pech Chreada District in charge of Gender Share on prevention of domestic violence, aggravating circumstances of domestic violence, criminal levels and solutions, as well as angry management and key message to the people. In addition to this, Ms. Srey Sotheavy, also shared the contribution of NGOs as well as the role of citizens in preventing domestic violence. After the message above, the radio drama “Fences of the Heart”, which focuses on gender-based violence and women in leadership, as a product of CASWR, was also aired by loudspeaker for the participants to listen for entertainment and mainstream knowledge as well.

Due to Covid-19 outbreak, community relations have been salient with the door to door campaigns we have again cut down the gap between authorities, organizations and citizens. It was as well as important signs that people are not being left behind even during the Covid-19. The campaign was successfully completed with the participation of local authorities as well as the people who seemed interested and listened to what we were sharing, as well as interaction from community on the documents that shared.
