នៅដើមឆ្នាំ២០២០នេះ ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាត្រូវបានលើកទឹកចិត្ដដោយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការរក្សាអនាម័យប្រចំាកាយ ដោយសារការរាតត្បាតជាសកលនៃមេរោគកូវីដ១៩។ បើទោះជាប្រទេសកម្ពុជាពុំទាន់មានការរាតត្បាតជាសហគមន៍ តែរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលបានសម្រេចបិទសាលារៀនបណ្ដោះអាសន្ន និងលើកទឹកចិត្ដកុំឱ្យចេញទៅទីសាធារណៈដែលមានមនុស្សច្រើន បើពុំចាំបាច់ ដើម្បីចូលរួមទប់ស្កាត់ការឆ្លងនៅមេរោគកូវិដ១៩។
ជាមួយនឹងការរាតត្បាតនេះ ក៏មានការបារម្ភពីភាគរយដែលអាចមានការកើនឡើងនៃអំពើហិង្សាក្នុងគ្រួសារ អង្គការក្រុមការងារដើម្បីដោះស្រាយទំនាស់ តាមរយៈគម្រោងរួមគ្នាដើម្បីគាំទ្រសិទ្ធិស្រ្ដី ដែលទទួលបានការគាំទ្រថវិកាពីទីភ្នាក់ងារសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក សម្រាប់អភិវឌ្ឍន៍អន្ដរជាតិ យើងបានរៀបចំសកម្មភាពចុះផ្សព្វផ្សាយចំណេះដឹងទាក់ទងនឹងអំពើហិង្សាក្នុងគ្រួសារ និងវិធីសាស្រ្ដកាត់បន្ថយហានិភ័យពីការឆ្លងជំងឺកូវីដ១៩ ទៅដល់សហគមន៍ទាំងបួនឃុំ ក្នុងស្រុកពេជ្រាដា ខេត្ដមណ្ឌលគិរី។ សកម្មភាពក្នុងការចែកចាយចំណេះដឹងនេះធ្វើឡើងដោយក្រុមអ្នកកសាងសមត្ថភាព និងក្រុមជនបង្គោលនៃគម្រោង ដោយធ្វើការផ្សព្វផ្សាយផ្ទាល់ដល់ផ្ទះសហគមន៍។ ក្នុងនោះផងដែរ យើងក៏មានការសហការណ៍ក្នុងការចុះផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីអជ្ញាធរតាមឃុំនីមួយៗ ដោយយើងរំពឹងទុកថាជិត ៤០០គ្រួសារនឹងទទួលបានចំណេះដឹងទាក់ទងនឹងអំពើហិង្សាក្នុងគ្រួសារ ព្រមទាំងវិធីកាត់បន្ថយហានិភ័យពីការឆ្លងជំងឺកូវីដ១៩។ ចូលរួមទប់ស្កាត់អំពើហិង្សាក្នុងគ្រួសារ ព្រមទាំងជំងឺកូវីត១៩ ទើបគ្រួសារ និងសង្គម មានសុភមង្គល!
Early of 2020, Cambodians have been encouraged by the Government to keep a proper cleanest due to global issue Covid-19 pandemic. Although Cambodia is not yet in a community outbreak situation, the government has decided to temporary shut-down schools and encourage people not to go out in public where there are crowd places if unnecessary to participate in the prevention of infection Covid-19.
With this pandemic, concerns about on increasing data in domestic violence had been heard, Alliance for Conflict Transformation (ACT) through Collective Action to Support Women’s Rights (CASWR) which funded by USAID, conducted an activity to share knowledge on Domestic Violence and Covid-19 prevention to four Communes in Pech Chreada district, Mondul Kiri province. This activity is carried out by Community Capacity Building Team (CCBT) and Community Core Group (CCG) of CASWR project, directly sharing at community’s home. Also, we are cooperating with the authorities in each commune, with the expectation reached 400 families aware about domestic violence as well as Covid-19 prevention. Let’s join together prevent domestic violence and covid-19 for Peaceful family and society!
