«រឿងរ៉ាវរបស់ជនរងគ្រោះខ្មែរក្នុងវិវាទព្រំដែនឆ្នាំ២០២៥» នេះ យើងត្រូវបានរំលឹកថា ប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រមិនមែនត្រូវបានកត់ត្រាទុកត្រឹមតែនៅក្នុងសន្ធិសញ្ញា ផែនទី និងការចរចានយោបាយប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែក៏ត្រូវបានកត់ត្រាទុកក្នុងជីវិតរបស់ប្រជាជនសាមញ្ញ ដែលសំឡេងរបស់ពួកគេជារឿយៗ ត្រូវបានគេបំភ្លេចចោល។ នៅតាមបណ្ដោយព្រំដែនដែលមានជម្លោះ គ្រួសារខ្មែររាប់មិនអស់បានស៊ូទ្រាំនឹងការភៀសខ្លួន ការបាត់បង់ និងភាពមិនច្បាស់លាស់ក្នុងជីវិត ដែលរឿងរ៉ាវរបស់ពួកគេត្រូវបានបិទបាំង ពីជម្លោះដ៏ធំធេងទាំងនោះ។
សៀវភៅនេះមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់សេចក្ដីថ្លៃថ្នូរ រួមគ្នាបន្លឺសំឡេងដែលមិនត្រូវបានលើកឡើងទាំងនោះ តាមរយៈការចងក្រងនូវបទពិសោធន៍ ការចងចាំ និងការតស៊ូរបស់ពួកគេ។ នេះមិនមែនត្រឹមតែជាការកត់ត្រា នូវទុក្ខវេទនានោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែគឺជាសក្ខីភាពនៃភាពធន់ ភាពក្លាហាន និងស្មារតីមនុស្សជាតិដែលនៅតែបន្តរឹងមាំ ទោះបីជាត្រូវប្រឈមមុខនឹងភាពអយុត្តិធម៌ក៏ដោយ។ តាមរយៈការអាននូវកំណត់ត្រាទាំងនេះ លោកអ្នកនឹងត្រូវបានអញ្ជើញឱ្យសម្លឹងមើលឱ្យលើសពីភាពស្រពិចស្រពិលនៃភូមិសាស្ត្រនយោបាយ ហើយមកទទួលស្គាល់នូវតម្លៃនៃការបាត់បង់របស់មនុស្សជាតិដែលកើតចេញពីជម្លោះមិនទាន់ដោះស្រាយ។
សូមឱ្យការចងក្រងនេះ ក្លាយជាអនុស្សាវរីយ៍សម្រាប់ជនរងគ្រោះ និងជាការដាស់តឿនសតិសម្បជញ្ញៈសម្រាប់អ្នកដែលជឿជាក់លើវិបុលភាព សន្តិភាព និងអំណាចនៃការពិត។ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មិនត្រឹមតែជាឆ្នាំដែលឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការបន្តនៃជម្លោះប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែក៏ជាឱកាសសម្រាប់ការត្រិះរិះពិចារណា ការបង្រួបបង្រួមជាតិ និងការប្ដេជ្ញាចិត្តជាថ្មីក្នុងការធានាថា គ្មានសំឡេងណាមួយត្រូវបានគេបំភ្លេចចោលឡើយ នៅតាមបណ្ដោយព្រំដែននៃភាពស្ងៀមស្ងាត់នេះ។
“Stories of Khmer Victims along Border Disputes 2025” we are reminded that history is not only written in treaties, maps, and political negotiations, but also in the lives of ordinary people whose voices are too often left behind. Along the contested borders, countless Khmer families have endured displacement, loss, and uncertainty, their stories overshadowed by the larger disputes.
This book seeks to collective dignity to those silenced voices by documenting their experiences, memories, and struggles. It is not merely a record of suffering, but a testament to resilience, courage, and the human spirit that persists even in the face of injustice. By reading these accounts, we are invited to look beyond the abstractions of geopolitics and to recognize the human cost of unresolved conflicts.
May this collection serve as both a memorial to the victims and a call to conscience for all who believe in justice, peace, and the power of truth. The year 2025 marks not only a continuation of disputes but also an opportunity for reflection, reconciliation, and renewed commitment to ensuring that no voice is forgotten along the borders of silence.

“Strengthening the Voice of Women Garment Workers” is project funded by GIZ through CARE Cambodia in 2022 for ACT to empower the factories worker in three province/city (Phnom Penh, Kandal, and KampongSpeu) for empower the rights of women worker in garment industry laid down in ILO conventions are implemented.
to national GDP, the sector plays a central role in economic development, particularly for women and domestic migrants’ workers. The progress is challenged by intersecting pressures from climate change, gender inequality, and limited social and environmental protections. This study, part of the “Upstream Collective” initiative, explores the lived realities of garment footage workers and in deifies pathway toward a more resilient, equitable and sustainable industry in Cambodia.

The Khmer–Thai border clashes in July 2025 began on the morning of Thursday, 24 July 2025, and lasted until 28 July 2025 before a fragile ceasefire was put in place. Cambodia endured severe humanitarian and socio-political consequences during the Khmer–Thai border dispute of 2025. The clashes displaced more than 300,000 civilians, forcing families to abandon their homes in provinces such as Oddar Meanchey and Preah Vihear, where fighting was most intense. Villages were destroyed, livelihoods disrupted, and access to food, water, and healthcare became precarious as thousands crowded into makeshift shelters.

នៅត្រីមាសចុងក្រោយនៃឆ្នាំ២០២៤ យូអ៊ិនវីមិន នៅតំបន់អាស៊ីប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិចបានប្រកាសការជ្រើសរើសអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលនៅអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ សម្រាប់ការប្រកួតជ័យលាភភីផ្នែស្ត្រី សន្តិភាព និងសន្តិសុខ។ ក្នុងចំណោមអ្នកដាក់ពាក្យ៤២ ស្ថាប័ន/រឿងរ៉ាវពីការចូលរួមក្នុងសហគមន៍ ៩ អង្គការត្រូវបានជាប់ ហើយជ្រើសរើសជាអ្នកឈ្នះរង្វាន់ ហើយ អេស៊ីធី ក៏ជាប់ក្នុងចំណោម៩ស្ថាប័នដែលជាប់ក្នុងការបានទទួលរង្វាន់សន្តិភាពនេះដែរ នៅខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ហើយនៅថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មានការសម្ភោធ រឿងរ៉ាវ ស្តីពីការអនុវត្តល្អ តាមសហគមន៍ ក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ តាមរយៈហ៊្សូម។ អេស៊ីធី បានដាក់ពាក្យប្រឡងពីគម្រោងរបស់នំប័ុងពិភពលោក កសាងប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងសហគមន៍ សម្រាប់បរិយាប័ន្នសន្តិភាពនៅកម្ពុជា ការឈ្នះការប្រកួតនេះគឺត្រូវបានបង្ហោះរឿងរ៉ាវល្អៗ ដែលបានធ្វើនៅសហគមន៍ តាមបណ្តាញសង្គមរបស់អង្គការ យូអ៊ិនវីមិន វិញ្ញាបណ្ឌបត្រ និងឳកាសចូលរួម កិច្ចប្រជុំ អាស៊ាន ស្តីពី ស្ត្រី សន្តិភាព និងសន្តិសុខ នៅប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី ក្នុងខែកញ្ញា ២០២៥។
In the last quarter of 2024, UN Women Asia Pacific had announced for the Women, Peace, & Security Award to NGOs in Sout-East Asia Region. ACT had been applied among other 42 applications and 9 NGOs had been selected, among the 9 NGOs who win the award ACT is one of them on Voices of Peace: Catalogue of Good Practices by Civil Society Organization on Women, Peace and Security in South-East Asia. The announcement of the win award had been announced in May 2025 with launching on 26th June 2025 via zoom. ACT had been applied the for the award on project of BfdW: Build Media and Communities for Inclusive Peacebuilding in Cambodia. The award winner will have their stories of communities peacebuilding and WPS work will be posted on their website and social media, certificate of acknowledgement from the UN Women, and get opportunities to join the ASEAN-WPS-Submit in 8-9 September 2025 in Malaysia, no funding offer for this award.
