My name’s Prak Phuong ,From Mondulkiri Province, I am an Indigenous people .I graduated from Royal University of law and Economics .I used to worked with Khmer rouge tribunal court as an intern for 6 months in 2017 and worked with Cambodian Center for human rights as in volunteer for 7 months in 2018.I am so grant to be selected as a project assistant with Collective Action to Support Women’s Rights project in Mondulkiri with the ACT.I am so happy to work with ACT especially, with Collective Action to Support Women’s rights project so ,that I can help my people in the province especially with the Indigenous people, I hope that this project very helpful to this Areas.

Ms. Sreyna, from Kampot province, graduated from International Business Management at Royal University of Phnom Penh, and completed English course at University of Cambodia. I am interested in working with ACT because ACT’s works with diversity, regardless of gender, religion or ethnicity.  ACT team always share something new to colleagues with good communication and collaboration. And I also gained a lot of knowledge from this organization (ACT). Sreyna start work with ACT as admin and finance assistance from July 2022-September 2023 and had promoted to be project coordinator from October 2023 – March 2026 for youth political empowerment project.

Prak phuong, Bunoung Indigenous from Mondulkiri Province, presently was select as ISAF technical staff at the Alliance for Conflict Transformation (ACT). In 2019 to 2021 she join Alliance for Conflict transformation organization (ACT)  employed her  to be Project Assistance ( Community Facilitator ) with the Collective Action to Support Women Rights Project USAID project funded.  She also join shortly in 2022 as a part of Cambodian Human Right and Development Association  has lately her to be a Cases Monitoring in Mondulkiri province. she earned the greatest extensive experiences and comprehensive knowledge of Women’s rights and Human rights. As a part of the Cambodian center for human rights (CCHR) has lately her employed to be an intern with the Portal –Sithi Rights Project  in 2018. She graduated from Royal  University of law and Economics in 20218. Prak Phuong enjoy working with human rights and she love to  see a society that respect the human rights and the Law.

ស្រី សុធាវី EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Srey Sotheavy, presently is executive director at the Alliance for Conflict Transformation (ACT). She started to step in peacebuilding work since 2009 as interfaith project manager, peace research, and deputy director at the Alliance for Conflict Transformation (ACT). Beside core work, she also involved in volunteer work with the Working Group for Peace (WGP) and other relate social activities work. Sotheavy graduated from Master of business and administration in general management from Build Bright University in 2010, graduated from Master of Art on Peace and Conflict Study from PUC in March 2022 and completed short courses on peacebuilding and leadership training from Philippine and Thailand. Sotheavy enjoys working with peacebuilding and hope a true spiritual conversion will respect the dignity, value of person, ethnic, and religious traditions. Peacebuilding is a long road that we must patience and walk together in humble and forgive to transform our communities and society. All communities in Cambodia need to join hands to make our region one in which our shared values of peace, compassion, love, justpeace, and harmony truly come to shape and characterize our society.

១០០កោដិសម្លេង One Billion Rising & Valentine Day

តាមរយៈគម្រោងរួមគ្នាដើម្បីគាំទ្រសិទ្ធិស្រ្ដី ដែលទទួលជំនួយពី USAID (ជំនួយពីពលរដ្ឋអាមេរិក)​ បានរៀបចំប្រារព្ធកម្មវិធីយុទ្ធនាការ១០០កោដិសម្លេង នៅមណ្ឌលគិរី នាថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២១។ ក្នុងគោលបំណង អបអរសាទរយុទ្ធនាការ១០០កោដិសម្លេង បង្កើនភាពអង់អាចដល់យុវជននៅក្នុងសហគមន៍ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកបញ្ឈប់អំពើហិង្សាលើស្រ្ដីនិងក្មេងស្រី បង្កើនការយល់ដឹងពីអំពើហិង្សាផ្អែកលើយេនឌ័រព្រមទាំងយន្ដការអន្តរាគមន៍ ពេលមានអំពើហិង្សាកើតឡើង។ សរុបអ្នកចូលរួម ៧៥នាក់ ក្នុងនោះ ៣៩នាក់ជាស្រី រួមមាន សិស្ស ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ អាជ្ញាធរ ក្រុមកសាងសមត្ថភាពសហគមន៍ និងក្រុមជនបង្គោល។

កម្មវិធីយុទ្ធនាការនេះត្រូវបានបើកកម្មវិធីដោយលោកជំទប់ឃុំពូជ្រៃ តំណាងឃុំពូជ្រៃជាមួយនឹងការស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្ដៅ។ អ្នកស្រី ប្រាក់ ភឿង ដឹកនាំកម្មវិធីបានចែករំលែកអំពីប្រវត្ដិ អ្នកបង្កើត និងគោលបំណងរបស់យុទ្ធនាការនេះ។ ដោយសារតែភាគច្រើនគេប្រើព្ធយុទ្ធនាការនេះនៅក្នុងថ្ងៃទី១៤ កុម្ភៈ ដែលភាគច្រើនយុវវ័យនៅកម្ពុជាតែងយល់ច្រលំថាជាបុណ្យសង្សា ដូចនេះហើយទើបកញ្ញាបានចែករំលែកបន្ថែមពីប្រវត្ដិ និងគោលបំណងនៃថ្ងៃបុណ្យនៃសេចក្ដីស្រលាញ់។

លោកនាយកសាលាទួលព្រីង បានចែករំលែកពីក្មេងស្រី និងការសិក្សា ព្រមទាំងស្ថានភាពសិស្សស្រីនៅសាលាផ្ទាល់។ ចំនួនសិស្សចូលរៀននៅអនុវិទ្យាល័យនេះមានសិស្សស្រី (៥៨%) ច្រើនជាសិស្សប្រុស(៤២%) ហើយភាគច្រើននៃសិស្សពូកែក៏ជាសិស្សស្រីផងដែរ​ ៩​(៦នាក់ជាសិស្សពូកែជាស្ត្រី)។

កញ្ញា ស្រី សុធាវី នាយិកាអង្គការក្រុមការងារដើម្បីដោះស្រាយទំនាស់ បានចែករំលែកពីអង្គការ គម្រោង ម្ចាស់ជំនួយ អំពើហិង្សាផ្អែកលើយេនឌ័រ តួនាទីយេនឌ័រ ជាមួយនឹងឧទាហរណ៍ជាក់ស្ដែងអំពី យុទ្ធនាការ១០០កោដិសម្លេង និងថ្ងៃទិវានៃក្តីស្រឡាញ់។ កញ្ញាថែមទាំងលើកទឹកចិត្ដឱ្យអ្នកចូលរួមក្លាហានក្នុងការបង្ហាញ និងនិយាយពីបញ្ហាដែលពួកគេជួបប្រទះ​សម្រាប់ចូលរួអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សង្គមតារយះភាពអង់អាចរបស់ស្ត្រី។

អ្នកស្រី ពន់ ឆវី តំណាងកិច្ចការនារីស្រុក បានចែករំលែកពីទម្រង់ទាំង៤ នៃអំពើហិង្សាជាមួយនឹងឧទាហរណ៍ ព្រមទាំងយន្ដការពេលមានអំពើហិង្សាកើតឡើង អ្នកដែលប្រជាពលរដ្ឋអាចទាក់ទងបាននៅពេលមានអំពើហិង្សាកើតឡើង។​ គាត់បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់អង្គការ ACT ដែលបង្កើតកម្មវិធីនេះ ហើយគាត់អាចមានឱកាសក្នុងការចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹងទៅប្រជាពលរដ្ឋបន្ថែម។ អ្នកស្រីក៏បានចែករំលែកពីផលវិបាកនៃការរៀបការវ័យក្មេង ការមិនយល់ដឹងពីសុខភាពផ្លូវភេទ ដែលជាហេតុធ្វើឱ្យក្មេងស្រីប្រឈមមុខនឹងអំពើហិង្សាផ្លូវភេទ និងការខ្វះកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការពីភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធផងដែរក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាការរំលោភបំពានលើស្ត្រីនិងក្មេងស្រី ព្រោះភាគច្រើននៅអនុវត្តតាមវប្បធម៌របស់ជនជាតិដើមនៅឡើយ។

ផ្ទាំងលេខទូរស័ព្ទអាជ្ញាធរសម្រាប់ទាក់ទងពេលមានអំពើហិង្សាកើតឡើងត្រូវបានចែកជូនដល់អ្នកចូលរួម និងអាជ្ញាធរពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងការយកទៅបិទតាមផ្ទះនិងអគារនានាក្នុងការចូលរួមរាយការណ៍ពីបញ្ហាហិង្សា និង រំលោភបំពានផ្សេងៗ។ សំណួរចំលើយសម្រាប់អ្នកចូលរួមត្រូវបានសួរដើម្បីអោយមានភាពស្វាហាប់ចូលរួម និងពង្រឹងភាពអង់អាច។ កម្មវិធីបានបញ្ចប់ដោយការរាំ!

ACT through CASWR project, funded from USAID, organized One Billion Rising campaign at Mondulkiri on 14 Feb 2021 on the Valentine day. Objective of this campaign were to: 1). Celebrate OBR campaign 2). Empower youth in the community to end violence against women and girls 3). Increase awareness about GBV and mechanism when violent happen how to take intervention at the local community level.​​ The participants 75 pax with 39 females who were students, citizens, authorities, CCBT and CG.

This campaign was opened by representative of commune authority with a warm welcome. Ms. Prak Phuong, master ceremony from ACT shared about the meaning of campaign, history, founder and objectives of this campaign also link it with 14th Feb, Valentine’s day. Most of teenagers in Cambodia call it a couple day for boyfriend and girlfriend.

Director of Tuol Pring secondary school, he shared about girl in education and situation of female student in his school, high percentage of female student (58%) while male student (42%) only, most of outstanding students are also female 6/9.

Ms. Sotheavy, Exclusive director of ACT, she shared about ACT, project, donor, gender base violence and gender role with exact examples relate to the history of the OBR and Valentine Day. She also encouraged to youth to be brave in express and talk about their problem to fight for their right be improvement of the gender and development in community and society.

Ms. Chorvy, representative from women affair of district, shared about four forms of violence with examples and who they can contact if violence happened in their community. She’s also thanks to ACT that conducted such event for her had a chance to share knowledge. She also shared about challenges of childhood married that was still concern in Mondulkiri province.

A poster of authorities with their contact numbers when violence happen was distributed to participants and relate authority, teachers for posted on their home or public building. Then we have a Q&A about violent against women and girl and OBR with participants with more improvement of the topic with strengthen their courage’s. The last agenda is OBR dancing and take a group photo then close the event.

នៅក្នុងកំឡុងពេលរីករាលដាននៃជំងឺកូវីដ១៩ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក៏ដូចជាអ្នកសារព័ត៌មានជាច្រើនបាន ចែករំលែកនូវព័ត៌មានអំពីការរីករាលដាលនៃជំងឺនេះ បើគិតចាប់តាំងពីដើមឆ្នាំ២០២០ រហូតមកដល់ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២០ មានការឃាត់ខ្លួន និងការចាប់ខ្លួនព្រមទាំងមានការបិទប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយមួយចំនួនដូចជាវិទ្យុ គេហទំព័រហ្វេសប៊ុកជាច្រើនទៀត ដោយក្រសួងព័ត៌មានបានលើកឡើងនូវមូលហេតុថា ប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយទាំងអស់នោះ បានធ្វើការផ្សព្វផ្សាយរំលោភបំពានលើវិជ្ជាជីវៈ រហូតឈានទៅដល់ការឃាត់ខ្លួន និងចោទពីបទ “ញុះញង់​ឱ្យ​កើតមាន​អំពើ​ហិង្សា បង្ក​ការរើសអើង​ពូជសាសន៍ និង​ចលាចល​សង្គម” យោងតាមក្រមព្រហ្មទណ្ឌនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា មាត្រា ៤៩៥។ ដូច្នេះហើយគម្រោងក៏បានផ្ដួចផ្ដើមបង្កើតនូវប្រធានបទស្ដីពី “ស្ថានភាព និងផលប៉ះពាល់ នៃប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយនៅកម្ពុជាក្នុងកំឡុងពេលនៃការរីករាលដាលជំងឺកូវីដ១៩” បន្ទាប់ពីការសម្ភាស និងការប្រមូលនូវរឿងរ៉ាវមួយចំនួន។

During the outbreak of COVID-19 the citizen and journalists share information about wide spreading from early 2020 until June 2020, there had been arrest and detentions as well as the closure of some media outlets such as radio and Facebook pages. while Ministry of Information claimed that  those social media outlets were reporting news  unprofessionally. It led to arrest and detention with the accuse of  ’incitement to violence, discrimination and social unrest’ according to the Criminal law of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Article 495. Project started to conduct survey on theme “The Situation and Impact of the Media in Cambodia during the COVID-19 outbreak” after interviewing and collecting some stories from relate media and journalist as attached report below:
