នៅថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ អង្គការក្រុមការងារដើម្បីដោះស្រាយទំនាស់ (ក.ដ.ទ) តាមរយៈគម្រោង រួមគ្នាដើម្បីគាំទ្រសិទ្ធិស្រ្ដី ដែលទទួលបានការគាំទ្រថវិកាពីអង្គការយេនឌ័រ និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (ទីភ្នាក់ងារ សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកសម្រោប់អភិវឌ្ឍន៍អន្ដរជាតិ) បានរៀបចំ ទិវាសន្ដិភាពពិភពលោក និងវេទិកាសាធារណៈក្រោម ប្រធានបទ៖”បញ្ឈប់រាល់ទំរង់នៃអំពើហិង្សាលើស្រ្ដី”។ គោលបំណងនៃកម្មវិធីនេះ គឺដើម្បីអបអរសាទរទិវាសន្ដិភាព ពិភពលោក និងបង្កើតកិច្ចសន្ទនារវាងអាជ្ញាធរ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងការចែករំលែកបញ្ហាដែលជួបប្រទះ ព្រមទាំង ស្វែងរកកិច្ចអន្ដរាគមន៍ពីអាជ្ញាធរ។ កម្មវិធីនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងនៅសាលាឃុំប៊ូស្រា ដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងស្រុក ពេជ្រាដា ខេត្ដមណ្ឌលគិរី ដោយមានកិច្ចសហការណ៍ពីខាងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន រួមមាន៖ តំណាងពីថ្នាក់ស្រុក កិច្ចការនារីស្រុក ថ្នាក់ឃុំ ថ្នាក់ភូមិ នគរបាល និងសាលា ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពីសហគមន៍ក្នុងមូលដ្ឋាន សិស្ស យុវជន អាជ្ញាធរ អង្គការដៃគូ និងព្រះសង្ឃ។ ធម្មយាត្រាអបអរសាទរ ទិវាសន្ដិភាពពិភពលោក ផ្សព្វផ្សាយសារ សន្តិភាពនិងការគាំទ្រយេនឌ័រ ដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅសហគមន៍។ ការស្វាគមន៍និងថ្លែងសន្ទរកថាពីតំណាងពាក់ព័ន្ធស្រុក ឃុំ សាលារៀន និងរដ្ឋបាលប៉ុស្តិ៍ក្នុងការលើកឡើងពីភាព រីចំរើននិងកង្វះខាតនានា ព្រមទាំងលើកទឹកចិត្ត ពលរដ្ឋ អត់ធ្មត់ និងសហការណ៍។
វេទិការពិភាក្សាបានដំណើរការដោយមាន អជ្ញាធរបើកចិត្ដ ថែមទាំងជំរុញឱ្យប្រជាសហគមន៍ហ៊ានលើកឡើង ពីបញ្ហាដែលពួកគាត់ជួបប្រទះ។ ចាស់ទុំក្នុងមូលដ្ឋានមួយរូបបានលើកឡើងនូវបញ្ហាគ្រឿងស្រវឹង ដែលជាមូលហេតុ បណ្ដាលឱ្យកូនប្រុសគាត់ស្លាប់ និងស្នើទៅគ្រប់បណ្ដាអាជ្ញាធរ ជួយបញ្ឈប់ការលក់ដូរគ្រឿងស្រវឹង មិនត្រឹមតែគ្រួសារគាត់ទេដែលជាជនរងគ្រោះដោយសាគ្រឿងស្រវឹង តែសហគមន៍ក៏ទទួលឥទ្ធិពលអាក្រក់ពីគ្រឿងស្រវឹងដែរ។ ជាការឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងបញ្ហានេះ អាជ្ញាធរបានសុំការសហការណ៍ពីពលរដ្ឋក្នុងសហគមន៍ ជួយចូលរួមកាត់បន្ថយការប្រើប្រាស់ គ្រឿងស្រវឹងលើសកំរិត ដោយមានការរុញចា្រនពីអាជ្ញាធរ។ សិស្សវិទ្យាល័យម្នាក់បានលើកឡើងពីស្ថានភាពផ្លូវក្នុងភូមិគាត់ ដែលអាជ្ញាធរបានសន្យាថានឹងធ្វើផ្លូវ តែគាត់ឃើញថាមិនទាន់មានសកម្មភាពអ្វីទេ។ ផ្លូវនេះពិបាកធ្វើដំណើរទៅសាលាណាស់។ អាជ្ញាធរក៏បានឆ្លើយតបថា ព្រោះតែរដូវនេះជារដូវភ្លៀងទើបការសាងសង់ ត្រូវបានផ្អាកជាបណ្ដោះអាស្នន រងចាំរដូវប្រាំង។ នាយិកា អង្គការ ក.ដ.ទ បង្ហាញពីការកោតសរសើរដល់ ភាពក្លាហានរបស់សហគមន៍ ជាពិសេសសិស្សសាលា ព្រមទាំងការឆ្លើយតបរបស់អាជ្ញាធរ និងលើក ទឹកចិត្ដដល់ប្រជាសហគមន៍ ឱ្យបន្ដតាមដានការសន្យារបស់អាជ្ញាធរ ដើម្បីជំរុញដំណើរការនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍក្នុងសហគមន៍ ព្រោះនេះជាតួនាទីរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។
On 16th September 2019, Alliance for Conflict Transformation (ACT) through Collective Action to Support Women’s Rights project which got fund from GADC/USAID, celebrate International Day of Peace: Peace Walk and public forum under the theme “Stop all Kinds of Violence Against Women”. The objective of this event is to celebrate International Day of Peace, review the process of Peacebuilding relate to Gender and give a space for citizen to rise their problem or question face to face connect closely with local authorities. This event was conducted at Bu Sra commune hall, Pech Chreada District, MondulKiri province, with the cooperation of local authority which includes the representative of district, district women’s affair, commune, village, police, school and participation of communities, students, youth, authorities, NGO partner and monk.
Peace Walk was started from Bu Sra Waterfall high school to Bu Sra commune hall across the market and with promotes and disseminate peaceful message relate to stop violence against women to the close by communities to be aware of. Welcome note from relate government educate the communities and seek for their citizen cooperation with their open space for local communities to ask for clarify on some issues to deal such as one child of the community died and road was still in hard condition event after make planned with local authority so far. The local authority had responded with request to communities to be patient, as they need their approval from the top structure. ACT had thanks for the cooperation of the local authority and the community and would encourage for all to work together for their community living in peace.
